後輩に、美味しいあんこう鍋を発見したと言われて連れてこられた。東京であんこう鍋と言えば月島の”ほていさん“や神田淡路町の“いせ源”が有名で美味しいが、ここ魚旬さんも、とても美味しかった〜！そしてコスパ最高〜！後輩に感謝感謝♪
場所は、新御徒町駅徒歩30秒のところ、昔ながらの香りを残す佐竹商店街入口にある。
言い忘れたが、このお店は北陸のお魚の仲買が営んでいることもあり安く新鮮で美味しい日本海の地魚が届くためお刺身の評判も良いらしい♪
今宵の刺し盛りは、めじ鮪、鰆、鰤トロ、きつねメバルで、確かに冬の定番から珍しいものまでどれも身は大き目にカットしてあり、お味も脂乗りが良く濃厚な身の美味さを感じられて、とても美味しかった。
アンコウの唐揚げ(醤油竜田風味)が、これまた肉厚ぷりっぷりの弾力感と柔らかジューシーさが堪らず癖になる美味しさ。
主役のアンコウ鍋が登場。味噌を混ぜた粗微塵切りしたあん肝が、ドーン！と鍋の上に乗っかったビジュアルは壮観〜！暫くグツグツ煮込んで食べ頃に店員のお兄さんが戻ってきてくれる〜♪
まずは一口スープを啜る…肝たっぷりのクリーミーな味噌スープでとても美味しい〜至福！
(ほていさんほどあん肝がきめ細かくなっていないが、逆にこれはこれであん肝の食感が残って美味しい！)
そして、大き目にカットした身がこれまたぷりっぷりで歯応えも身の美味しさも最高！
〆は、この旨味たっぷりの濃厚な出汁で作った雑炊で満足満蔵！
ちなみに、このお店の凄さは、味もコスパもさることながら、サービス！
店員のお兄さんがどなたも愛嬌のある気持ち良いサービスで居心地がとても良かった。
