この日は、どこでも良いかなと思っていて、予約も、下調べもせず、気になったこちらのお店に入りました。
何が気になったかと言いますと、店名の「九州」。
美味しい馬刺しが食べられるかも、と言う期待です。
予想通り馬刺しは有りましたが、重要なのは質。
流石、店名に「九州」を入れている誇りでしょうか、チェーンの居酒屋としてはかなりハイレベルな馬刺しだと思います。
私が好きな赤身も有ったし。満足でした。
