本場の喜多方ラーメンをそのまま東京で味わえるお店です。
喜多方から取り寄せた[星醸造]の醤油と味噌に、喜多方特有の製法による水分量の多い「多加水麺」を使用した、本格喜多方ラーメンを堪能できます。 |
今日のオヤツは稲荷町の喜多方食堂へ。
暫くの間7:00〜17:00となんとも悩ましい営業時間だった故に夜は訪問出来なかったのだがいつの間にか20時閉店に変更されており嬉々として入店。看板を見上げると『麺や玄』の店名が消されている。経営権の移転か？営業時間変更も合点。
蔵出し醤油ラーメン680円とねぎトロセット（小）350円をチョイス。
動物系とあご出汁のこっさりブレンド。
油は鶏油と背脂から鶏油を選択。
多加水ピロピロ麺が喜多方ラーメンを演出。
ねぎトロ丼も佐倉同様、美味しくいただきました！
