The day we visited was November 23rd, and the temperature was getting colder. What should we eat? What came to mind was shabu shabu or Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)! I had never heard of it before, but it was cheap and close to Ueno Station, so let's go! We made a reservation by phone and went there. We were a group of guys, so we could eat a lot. The restaurant is mainly box tables, and it's not a sunken kotatsu where you have to take off your shoes, so that's nice. You can order a single item, but this time we chose the all-you-can-eat Kuroge Wagyu beef and all-you-can-drink option, which cost 3,980 yen, which was a reasonable price. You can choose two types of soup stock for the hot pot, from kelp Hot pot / Sukiyaki style/spicy hot pot/soy milk collagen/salted tonkotsu/ripe tomato hot pot. First, a set of wagyu beef, pork, and chicken was brought out. After eating that, the real all-you-can-eat started! The main wagyu beef had a good amount of marbling, and the meat was very good and delicious. We ordered mainly wagyu beef and kept asking for refills. Three guys ate a total of 15 servings of wagyu beef. lol This course is all-you-can-eat, so you can eat all the a la carte dishes, and we ordered other items besides the hot pot ingredients. *Maybe it's similar to shabu shabu warm vegetables [What we ordered] ★Rice ★Korean seaweed ★About 20 kinds of vegetables ★Quail eggs ★Pickled cucumbers ★Cheese ★Kimchi ★Hiyayakko There were a lot of other things, but they were all delicious. Very satisfied!! For this price, it's a good deal for those who want to eat and drink to their heart's content. You call the waiter with the bell on the table, but the service was quick when we wanted more drinks or refills of the hot pot. For those who are tired of all-you-can-eat chain restaurants, this is a highly recommended restaurant.
