産直鮮魚が美味しい
『魚之屋 上野店』
ランチタイムも営業していますが、ディナーで訪問。
地下鉄湯島駅2番出口からは徒歩1〜2分の場所にあり駅近で便利。
ここに来たら絶対頼まなくちゃなのが、鮮魚のおまかせ盛り。
アジ、ヘダイ、ブリ、ウスバハギ、ホウボウ、マグロ、タマゴがのった豪華盛りは一切れが大きくて厚みもある。
はじめて食べた白身のウスバハギに脂がのったブリ、アジは臭みがなく食べやすい。
とにかく新鮮で美味しい！
炙りシメサバは目の前で炙ってくれるパフォーマンスで思わず写真を撮りたくなっちゃう。
香ばしい香りのシメサバは脂ノリ最高で身がキュッとしまって美味。
これさえあれば飲めちゃうくらい酒の肴にぴったり！
もずく酢は私にとっては飲み物！笑
色鮮やかなとんぶりとレッドキャビアのサラダはすりおろしオニオンドレッシングで。
プチプチした食感が楽しい。
アジフライはサクッとふわっと自家製タルタルとソース、辛子をお好みで。
ソースとタルタルのダブル使いが美味しい。
居酒屋さんの定番 だしまき玉子。
焼きたてふわふわ甘さ控えめの玉子焼きはとっても好み。
シメは魚之屋のおまかせ握り。
居酒屋さんでお鮨が食べられるなんて。
鮮魚が美味しいから絶対最後に食べようと最初から決めていたの。
ボタン海老にネギトロ、イクラと美味しくてパクパク食べちゃう。
鮮魚も美味しいけれどここは日本酒の種類も豊富だから酒好きには持って来いだわ。
