上野広小路から少し入った通りにひっそりと佇むイタリアン。ピザが有名とのことで2024年さっそく訪問したお店です。
オーナーシェフがナポリで修行し、本場の協会にも認定されている本格派だそう。食べログ百名店にも5年選出されています。
お店は上野広小路、上野、御徒町、湯島あたりから徒歩圏内でアクセスよき◎
店内で目を引くのは入ってすぐにある大きな焼き窯。鮮やかな青と香ばしい香りでお出迎えされてテンションあがる！
それ以外は白タイルを基調としたモダンな作り。夜はちょっと照明暗めでムーディーさもある。
メニューは基本アラカルトみたい。2人だったので厳選して、頼んだのは以下のメニュー。
モッツァレラとトマトのカプレーゼ
サルシッチャとじゃがいもとモッツァレラ窯焼き

トップにしたのはお店自慢のピザ！
トマトベースとオイルベースと全部合わせて10種類くらいあり、トマトベースのほうが品数が多く、たぶんメジャー。どれにするか迷ったけど、ほかに頼んだメニューとの組み合わせで、オイルベースのポルチーニにしました。
提供されたときから生地の香ばしいのとチーズのよい香りが........できたて熱々のままいただくと、ポルチーニの旨みがぐわっときて、とろっとしたモッツァレラチーズのまろやかさと小麦の甘さが絶妙でたまらん〜！生地はもっちりめで噛めば噛むほど甘くなるやつ。本当においしい！後からかける唐辛子のオイルは結構辛めで、アクセントにぴったり。耳につけて食べると幸せ溢れる。
前菜からモッツァレラ尽くしにしちゃったけど、そのまま食べるのと窯で焼くのとでは違った表情になっていて、まったく気にならなかった！
それとデザートのティラミス！マスカルポーネが濃ゆいけどふわっふわの食感で軽やか、ココアがしっかり香ってでも甘さは控えめ〜と、とってもわたし好みだった。ちなみに友人が食べていたジェラート、ヘーゼルナッツ味だったのだけどこれも衝撃的なおいしさ。鼻を抜ける香りがもはやナッツそのまま食べてるんじゃないかってくらい。
たぶんここデザートなに食べても大当たりなんじゃないかな。
立地も控えめだし、超有名ってこともない(違ったら申し訳ない)けど、お食事の味はピカイチ！！接客もスマートで申し分なかったです。
肩肘張らないデートでも、友人とお食事を楽しむのでも、シーンを選ばずおすすめできます！！
