上野の森美術館で開催されているキングダム展を見に行くため、上野でランチ。
上野と言えば洋食ですね。
さくらの杜テラスに入るオシャレ洋食屋さんです。
開店11:00と同時に入店。
何度か通ったときにチラホラ待ちがでていたのをみかけましたが、この日も窓際のテーブルたちはすべてRESERVED。
人気が伺えますね。
ランチメニューは、鶏肉〜牛肉まで色々あります。
加えて、スープ、メイン、ソフトドリンクのＡセットか
+サラダとアイスのBセットが選べます。
メインはハンバーグ。と牛ステーキ。
価格は2000円超えなのでどちらもＡセットにしました。
緊急事態宣言も解除されて、二人なのでお昼からもちろん赤ワイン。
800円とランチメニュー的には高いちゃんとしたお値段ですが、飲みやすくも、ハウスワイン的な感じではなく、ちゃん美味しいやつ。値段に見合ってるというか、お得感があります。
コンソメスープの下は茶碗蒸しになっているコンソメロワイヤルスープ。
結構大きめです。美味しい〜。クリーミーで美味しい〜。
コンソメスープもしっかり味して、茶碗蒸しで終わるもよしスープで終わるもよし。
メイン。
ハンバーグは小ぶりの見た目に見せつつも、実は高さのあるハンバーグ。
見た目以上にしっかりボリュームで満足感あります。
細かなひき肉と粗挽きがいいバランスで食感も◎ジューシーさも◎。
美味しい〜！この粗挽き感でこの美味しさはめちゃめちゃ好みです。
ちょっと酸味のあるデミグラスソースが粗挽きハンバーグに合います。バルサミコ酢かなぁ？
牛ステーキの方は、かなり大きい。しかも肉質も良いちゃんとしたお肉で、中は火加減ばっちりのピンクがかった色合い。
ライスも甘みを感じるご飯で美味しい。
結構ハンバーグとかは美味しいのにライスが✕ってありがなんですが、こちらのライスは美味しかったです。
昼間なこともあるが、こんなカジュアルな雰囲気でこれ食べるの？というレベルの高クオリティ。
2000円超えは、全然値段以上のクオリティです。
これ、もっと雰囲気良かったらもっと高くても取れる。
他のお客さんが頼んだBセットのサラダも、豪華だったのであっちにすればよかったかぁ〜と羨んだりして。
ハンバーグ美味しかったなぁ〜。また上野来るときは食べに来よう。
2000円超えOKランチなら間違いないです。
