先日お店の前を通りかかった際に見つけたこちらのメニュー。
スープは甘味がかった濃厚豚骨。トロミもあり麺との絡み良好。麺はブリンとした極太麺。デフォの麺より太く感じた。野菜はキャベツ多めでなかなかのボリューム。チャーシューは厚めのタイプがどんと2枚。肉肉しい仕様。二郎かどうかはさて置き、十分に旨いオリジナルな一杯。次回はつけ麺を。ご馳走様でした。
