牛リブアイステーキ定食 980円
「富士鷹」さんが閉店した跡地に出来た「くらのあかり」が本日オープンとの情報を入手。
訪問しましたが、ランチは来週から開始ということでまた今度。
今日は、そこから近くにあるこちらでランチをいただきます。
11時41分、2人で入店、先客10人、後客22人。(^^ゞ
入店してすぐにほぼ満席状態、人気店のようです。
こちらは、魚や肉を炭火焼で提供してくれる、客のほとんどは魚系の焼き物を注文していますが、わたしは肉系をオーダー。(^^ゞ
入店時に注文、牛リブアイステーキ定食をお願いします。
注文して6分程度で提供。
牛肉が、1枚の薄めのステーキ状で出てきました、何だかちょっと興奮。(^^)
ハサミも一緒に出てきたので、最初から食べやすい大きさにカットしちゃいます。
その後レモンをさらっと振りかけて、ワサビをトッピングしていただきます。
うん、価格以上のおいしさ、そして柔らかい。
炭火焼きなので、ステーキに炭の香りが燻されとってもいいですね。
ごはんにはしそふりかけを、最高においしいです。(^^)
味噌汁は好みの味、絶妙に美味しいですね。
ステーキは、冷めると段々固くなってくるので、急いでいただきます。(^^;;
