In principle, we have a one drink system. 以前から気になっていたお店に初訪問です。
御徒町駅南口からすぐの所にあります。
お昼時お店に着くと混雑していて少しだけ待って座れました。
座る前にレジで注文して先払いで番号札をもらいました。
さばのみりん干し定食 830円を注文。
お連れさんは豚バラねぎ塩焼き定食 880円。
席に着くとポットに冷たいお茶が入っていて有り難い。
卓上には特製しょうゆとしそふりかけがあります。
10分くらいでお料理が来ました。
混んでいるのに意外と早いです。
さばみりん干しはとてもいい感じの焼き色で見て脂が乗っているのがわかります。
一口食べるとやはり脂が乗っていて少し甘めな感じでとても美味しいです。
炭火で焼いているので炭の風味もあります。
ごはんは量が多く、上手く炊き上がっていてとても美味しい。
お魚にとても合い、ご飯が進みます。
お味噌汁も出汁が効いていて美味しい。
大根おろしが付け合わせであるのですが、特製醤油を少しかけて魚と一緒に食べると更に美味しいです。
お連れさんの豚ばらねぎ塩焼きはトングとはさみがありそれで切って食べるようです。
少し頂いたのですがねぎがシャキシャキしていて豚ばらはとても柔らかく美味しかったです。
いろいろ食べたいのでまた近々伺いたいと思います。
