【お店の様子について】
平日の昼食時間帯にて、御徒町駅周辺で食事を取れる場所を探します。
なんとなく定食屋に行きたいな…と思い、Googleマップを利用して、お店を検索すると、上位にこちら「こがね屋」さんが表示されたので、マップアプリに導かれるようにして、訪問しました。
お店の前に掲示されているメニューをざっと眺めます。
850円～950円の定食メニューが多く記載されています。手ごろな価格帯ですね。
お店に入り、来店を告げると、まずは注文を先に伝え、会計を済ませます。
番号札を渡されるので受け取りつつ、席に案内してもらえます。
店内は、シックな和風居酒屋さんといった趣きです。
厨房に面したカウンター席の他、テーブル席が多くあります。
客層は、男性就労層７割・女性就労層が３割…といった感じでしょうか。お一人のお客さんが多い印象で、回転率も高そうです。
【お料理について】
★とろ塩さば焼き定食 850円
メインの塩サバのお皿には、たっぷり大根おろしとカットレモンがあります。品質の高さを感じます。サバ自体も、炭の香りと皮のパリッと食感と身の旨味を十二分に感じます。
小鉢や漬物も嬉しいですね。
味噌汁とご飯も、美味しいです。
このクオリティで、850円なのは破格だと思います。
何度も来たくなるお店だと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
