以前から行きたかってようやく初チャレンジ。事前に予約できたから安心安心。。突撃訪問して満席ってのはまあまあ困るしな。
とりあえずビールから。イネディッド？やったかな？
ちょっと変わったビールや。ワイングラスで頂く。
ライトなフルーティな香りや。悪くない。
寿司12貫、刺身盛り、青海苔と山芋のピクルス？と鴨ユッケを注文。。
ピクルスからのスタート。なかなか不思議な味や。
暑い時期はサクサクいけるサッパリした一品。
次に刺身盛りやね。。これはなかなかパンチあったわ。
美味いっ！クセもなくお肉の旨味が溢れとる。。
素晴らしい。。
お寿司も同じく。。文句なしの一品。
かなりの完成度やと思う。。
ユッケ。そら美味いわな。刺身、寿司が抜群に美味いのにユッケがマズイわけない。。
いやぁ。。。鴨にこだわってるだけあって確かに美味い。。他にも気になるやつあってんけど。。
とりあえず初回来店ってゆうこともあって数品をビールとオペレーターで鴨を流し込んだ。
ここはリピートありやな。。
