土曜日の17時過ぎから２名で利用させていただきました。18時ごろには満席になりましたので予約必須です。
こだわりの鴨は、確かにワンランク上の味と肉質でした。一品めはクリームチーズと鴨肉味噌。早速ワインがすすみます。ホットシーザーサラダはグラタンのような見た目で驚きましたが、みずみずしさを残したレタスがたっぷりで、パルメザンがしっかり効いて、確かにシーザーサラダでした。今日のような寒い日にはピッタリです。鴨レバは和風寄りの味でクセのない優しい味と優しい食感をじんわり楽しむことができました。お酒との相性は間違いなし。メインの40分かけて低めの温度で焼いたロースト鴨肉は、適度なジューシーさを残しながら、皮は直火のグリルで香ばしく仕上げられて絶妙。お肉がきめが細かく脂はさっばりしていながらしっかりした旨味で見事です。パスタはお任せでトマトをお願いしたところ、桜エビと菜の花と芽キャベツのトマトソースを作っていただきました。エビの旨みがしっかりのったトマトソースに、桜エビの香ばしさがアクセント。菜の花の控えめな苦味に少し焦がした芽キャベツの香ばしさと甘さが見事にマッチして、一足早い春を楽しませていただきました。
ワインはイタリアのイルピニアが一番美味しかったです！
カウンター席からシェフの見事な調理を見せていただけたのも最高でした。あれほどオープンキッチンなお店もなかなか見かけないですね。真摯な姿勢と熟練の技がガラス越しでもダイレクトに伝わってきました。
