以前当日にお席の空があるかの電話をすると満席だったので今回は予約しての訪問です。
鴨専門のお店で以前からとても気になっていて、やっと訪問出来ました。
店内は手前にカウンター席で先に進むとテーブル席が奥に続いていました。
私たちはまん中辺りのテーブル席に通されました。
テーブルには前菜(グリッシーニ⁈)が用意されていました。
注文した品は鴨ベーコン・九条ネギのトリュフ香る絶品カルボナーラ、あいち鴨寿司、あいち鴨の炭火焼ロースです。
飲み物は最初に白ワインを頼んでいます。
鴨ベーコン・九条ネギのトリュフ香る絶品カルボナーラは取り分けて頂こうと思いきや気を利かせてくれて1/2で2皿にして提供されました。
こちらはクリィミィで濃厚なソースで鴨ベーコンの旨味とトリュフの香りで贅沢な一品となっています。
あいち鴨寿司はロース片面炙り、ロースのパストラミを頼んでいます。
鴨の炭火焼ロースはハーフサイズにしています。
こちらは当店一押しと書いてあったので絶対に外せない一品と頼んでいます。
ジュウシィな鴨肉が程よい感じで焼かれていてほんのり炭火の香りが楽しめてとても美味しかったです。
美味しいお料理で満足してる帰り際に手土産を頂きました。
袋の中身はご予約のお礼のカードと2粒のおつまみでした。
ちょっとした心遣いが心に響きました。
