ドイツパン マイスターの店 |
末広町と湯島の間ぐらいのところにあるドイツパンのお店です。
ライ麦ベースのシンプルなパンやケーキのようなパンが並んでいました。
購入したのは、
■チェリークーヘン
■チョコとヨーグルトのケーキ(正式名称失念)
■ナッツのケーキ(正式名称失念)
“クーヘン”は、ドイツ語で焼き菓子全般を意味します。
生地は、サクサクの食感で、チェリークーヘンは、チェリーの甘みと酸味が凝縮されていました。
色々な種類のナッツが散りばめられたナッツのケーキは、食感が楽しかったです。
他のパン屋さんではあまり見かけないような珍しいパンが多かったです。
ドイツパンや海外の珍しいパンに興味がある人にお勧めです。
