秋葉原で夕飯探し。BMチェックして気になったのは末広町が最寄駅の『肉汁麺ススム』。この先暑さが増すと足が遠のきそうなお店。よし、今日はココにしよう。

５分で着丼したのは一目でジャンキーと分かるヤバそうな一杯。それでは・・っと、その前に紙エプロンくださ〜い。あっ、セルフ給水器の上にあったのね。
♦︎熱くて、辛くて、そして味が濃い。濃厚って訳ではなくて、ひたすら味が濃いのです。醤油ベースの甘辛スープは、卓上のニンニクやカレー粉と相性が良く、入れるとよりジャンキーになりますよ。
麺はゴワゴワの太麺。デフォルトでもかなり固めです。悪くはないんですけど・・もう少しモチモチ感があるといいですねー。
レベル２の豚肉は200gで、１枚１枚が大きくてボリューミー。この上にレベル３とMAXがありますが、ワタシは、というより多くの方はこれで満足できると思います。
その豚肉は、片栗粉か何かで衣付けしてあるので、タレの味がしっかりと付いています。しかも肉質は柔らかく、うん、おいしい。
