"Prost Tokyo" is located on the 6th floor of a building near the Ueno Hirokoji intersection. This is Dining Bar where you can't help but enjoy the delicious homemade sausages and smoked snacks. On this day, I met up with Tsure and used this place. I looked for the entrance using my map app, thinking it was around here, but I couldn't find it. After walking around the corner, I finally found it. Later, when I looked at it from the other side of the intersection, there was a large store name signage that stood out (last photo).On the other hand, when I got closer to the building, it didn't stand out. It's really dark under the lighthouse. I entered the store safely and first quenched my thirst with beer. I had Lev Blond, a Belgian monastery beer. This dish is definitely a specialty homemade sausage and smoked dish. As a cold snack, there are a variety of smoked foods that can be enjoyed in an assortment. Assorted 5 types as per your taste. All of them were delicious, but the one that was unusual was the mentaiko. When it comes to hot snacks, sausage is a must. Twelve types of homemade sausages from around the world are introduced with photos. Choose 3 types and assorted. I enjoyed it with New Zealand Pinot Noir. The coarsely ground salsiccia was impressive. The details of the dishes will be summarized later, but the service was attentive, such as reheating the tripe when it got cold and offering small snacks after the meal. It's close to Ueno.
