Toriji's famous dish, minced rice in a clay pot, stimulates your appetite as soon as you take off the lid of the clay pot. The rice is from Ibaraki. The minced meat is made with Asajime chicken procured from Tsukiji and Miyagawa Shokudo Chicken Eggs, and is finely minced in-house and seasoned with a sweet and spicy flavor. The sense of unity you get when you break the hot egg on top and eat it is truly addictive. For orders for 2 people or more, the rice will be cooked from raw rice after receiving the order, so it will take about 30 minutes. Please order as soon as possible!
