「活イカが食べたーい！！」
「さばかれた瞬間のイカを食べたーい！！」
私、福岡への旅行がめちゃくちゃ好きなのですが、
お隣の呼子から揚げられているイカを生きたままいただいて以来、活イカにハマってしまって活イカを食べられるところを東京で探していました。
その結果何店舗か見つけることができましたが、
安心と信頼の…ということでイカセンターさんに訪問しました。
イカセンターさんは新宿西口から徒歩5分弱くらいの、暗めのビルの中に入っています。
ビルの入り口も狭いため、
正直「本当にここ！？」ってドキドキしながら入っていきました。
◇◆=店内の雰囲気=◆◇
店内に入りにくい、、、！なんかこわい！
しかし、店内に入ると、先ほどの暗めの雰囲気から一転。
大きな水槽があり、明るめの空間へ。
ただ、まばゆいくらいに明るいわけでもなくちょうど良いくらいの雰囲気の明るさです✨
◇◆=料理=◆◇
・『イカのお刺身』…2900円～
おもしろいのが漁獲の状況に応じてイカの種類が異なったりしています。
するめイカとかヤリイカとかあおりイカとかそういうのですね。
逆にいうと「この種類のイカを絶対食べたい」というのは難しいです。
あとは運が悪いとイカが無い可能性もありますので、
行く前に聞いといたほうが精神安定上良いかと思われます✨
私が行った日のイカは呼子で食べたものと種類が違うというのもあり、
小ぶりに見えましたが、
さばかれてきたら求めていた綺麗な透き通り具合✨
イカ刺し自体はコリコリおいしく、
新鮮なイカの旨味を体験できました。
イカにとっては申し訳ないのですが、
醤油をかけたときに動くゲソは感動ですよね…！
・『極盛り(お刺身)2人前』…2180円程度
2人用なのにめちゃくちゃ豪華でした！
そしてカンパチがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです
お魚のどれもが鮮度抜群で、
正直イカ以上においしかった…笑
☆イカシューマイ
味付け最高すぎるし、
噛むたびぎっしりと旨味が出てきて多幸感に包まれます。
☆お寿司もありましたが、
これまた絶品。
どれも新鮮で、
むちゃくちゃおいしかったです！

値段は高いと聞いていましたが、
日本酒込みの飲み放題付きで6600円！
東京では希少なイカ刺しも食べれましたし、
おいしいお魚も食べれましたし、
そんなに高い！！！とは感じませんでした。
むしろ満足度が高い

新宿のイカセンターさんが総本店なんですね！
他の店舗では生け簀から釣りができると聞いていましたが、
新宿店さんではできませんでした。
そこはちょい残念。
店舗というか時期的なものあったんですかね？
総じて上記も書きましたが、
お値段以上に満足いく個性あるお料理が多くて、
たまにの贅沢にとても良いなと思えるお店でした
あー、博多いきたーい
今回もとても良いお食事でした。
