話題の“カチクラ（徒・蔵）”に佇むカウンター7席のみのフレンチレストラン「らみらむ」。旬の食材を使った【5,800円コース】と60種類ものワイン、そして、ライブ感あるシェフズテーブルを肩肘張らずお楽しみいただけます。店名の「L’ami“友”-L’amour“愛”」通り、おひとり様はもちろん愛する人と共にゆったりとした時間をここで。店頭窓口では濃厚絶品【ソフトクリーム】もご堪能いただけます。 |
初訪問。住宅街にある、とっても小さなビストロ。
今日の客は我々2名のみでした。
どの料理も、すごく手が込んでいるというわけではないですが、シンプルにおいしいです。
アスパラのブランマンジェやマダイのグリルはちょっと遊び心があって、楽しませてくれました。
シェフは気さくな方で、ワインの種類も豊富。
ただ、グラスは1種類ずつしか無いので、ボトルでのオーダーが望ましいかもしれません。
ワンオペだからか、厨房はきれいとは言いづらいのが残念。
