ちょっと、打ち合わせもあって、昼時、湯島界隈まで足を延ばしてみました。
天神下炭屋。
まんまの店名ですが、炭火で焼く居酒屋です。中でも「湯島のさば」が推しだそうで。
L字型のカウンター、半個室にテーブル3卓。
ランチ時は、ライス、味噌汁一回お代わり無料、二回目から120円だそうです。
◆湯島のさば定食 (1,300円 税込)
でっかい鯖ですねぇ！
食べ応えあり。
身がだいぶ柔らかい印象ですが。。。
養殖ものでしょうね、とはいえ、だからと言って否定しているわけではありません。
◆納豆 (100円 税込)
つい頼んでしまう納豆好き！（笑）
食後、ちょっと燻さが洋服に付きますね。
炭火焼きの店なので、致し方ないですが。
