秋葉原でスパイス補充した
ちょっとハズレの#スパイスパレット さんへ
訪問時は夜だったので、華麗(カレー)なバー営業だったけど、
ガッツリなチキン&キーマをオーダー
皿上はライスの上にキーマ＋パクチーが乗っかって、
その周りにチキンカレーと副菜が陣取っている布陣
ゴロゴロしたチキンが男前な感じを醸し出してるね〜
いざ実食！バランス的には、
辛味より酸味が勝ち気味なチキンカレー。
キーマも同じベクトルで、見た目とは違い結構個性的な風味
総じて、酸味系なカレーだ
副菜も酸っぱい系。
ゴーヤのアチャールはほぼキムチ？的な感じ
店主オススメのカレーと混ぜて食べると、
かなりの味変しちゃうけどね・・・
