上野にあるフランス料理『上野 おフランス亭』。
本格的なフレンチがカジュアルな“下町スタイル”で楽しめる、一軒家レストラン。
2020年1月、東京・上野にオープン。料理長は桜井勝弘さん。「東京ディズニーシー・ホテルミラコスタ」「ウェスティンホテル東京」など数々の有名ホテル・レストランを歴任して来られました。
一軒家がまるごとレストランになっており、フレンチのみならず、テラス席ではバーベキュー（春・夏・秋）や絶品スイーツなどを楽しむことができます。
お土産によさそうなクッキーを買いに伺いました。包んで頂いている間にお茶をいただきました。
デザートメニューから、「本日のアイスとシャーベット」「ローズヒップティー」をお願いしました。
【デザート】
「りんごのシャーベット、いちごのアイスクリーム」
りんごの果肉入りのシャーベット、濃厚ないちごのアイスにベリー、パッションフルーツ、パイナップル、キウイのフルーツが色味を与えて華やかな仕上がり。何より、りんごの果肉たっぷりって、美味しさ爆上り!
【飲み物】
「ローズヒップティ」
ちょっと薄い（笑）けれど、アツアツで、温まりました。
【お土産】
「元祖上野あんバターサンド(シュクレ生地)」
友人へのお土産と家用にも購入。フランスの焼き菓子×あんバター。甘じょっぱさがくせになります。
「上野バターサンド」
1970年代から日本人に愛されているバターサンドをおフランス亭風にアレンジしました。
「バターたっぷりの軽やかな口当たりのバタークリーム」と「自家製の甘さ控えめ粒あん」をフランス、ブルターニュ地方南部の名産「ゲランドの塩」で甘さを調和し、フランス古来のクッキー「シュクレ」生地とフランス郷土菓子「ガレットブルトンヌ」でサンド。出来立ての美味しさを味わうために、粒あんは乾燥を防ぐため炊き上がりに水飴をコーティング。バタークリームが柔らかくなりやすい為、冷凍で。との説明。
ここはやっぱりデイナーに伺うべき、名前こそユニークですが真面目なフランス料理のお店でした。
