Food "Nihachi Soba" made with rare buckwheat flour, with a rich aroma and a smooth texture
Stand-up Soba dates back to the Edo period, when it is said there were over 3,000 soba stalls in the city. We have prepared our "Nihachi Soba" with memories of that time. The buckwheat flour used is made from rare buckwheat flour from Mashu, Hokkaido, which is not often available on the market. We offer thicker soba noodles, which have a stronger aroma and a smoother texture. Please feel free to enjoy the sophistication of Edo.

Tempura is a representative Edo street food, and was served on a skewer at the time. Our restaurant mimics that style, and offers creative Tempura skewers made with carefully selected ingredients. We use high-quality tuna for our "negima nabe," a stew of fatty tuna and spring onions. The spring onions, infused with the delicious flavor of the tuna's fat, are also exquisitely tasty. In addition, "fluffy eggs," a luxury dish in the Edo period, are a delightful dish with a foamy texture! Enjoy a variety of exquisite dishes that will evoke the Edo era♪

The seafood we use is delivered directly from Toyosu Market's wholesalers Kanae and Uogashi Kyodai. We also offer a fresh, high-quality "Three Kinds of Sashimi Platter" at a very reasonable price. We also have seasonal fresh fish available, so you can enjoy both. Our specialty "Negima Nabe" is a proud masterpiece that was created by having the tuna parts that go well with the nabe carefully selected and with the cooperation of fish professionals in the prototype.
