Our mouths have already turned into Gyoza / Dumpling. I can't help but want to eat Gyoza / Dumpling. The company that took the lead was ``Umasan Gyoza / Dumpling Sakaba Ueno Branch.'' This store is on the second floor of Family Mart. Climb the stairs and enter the store. There are several groups of customers, but there are some empty tables! Looks like we'll finally be able to find Gyoza / Dumpling (´∀｀) First, let's toast with a highball and Aoshima beer. So, order. First of all, you can't miss Gyoza / Dumpling. I also want to try the Bang Bang chicken and Peking duck. Also, the boiled beef is posted as a recommended menu item in the store. This looks like a lot of food, it looks spicy, and I'm kind of full right now, so I honestly wasn't sure if I could eat it... However, I decided to give it a try. I lost patience with the destructive power of the visuals (lol) The first thing that came was the stick stick chicken. The sweet and salty miso sauce is delicious! I'm sure my stomach is full to a certain extent, but I can't stop eating. Alcohol also progresses. While I was absorbed in it, Gyoza / Dumpling came. These Gyoza / Dumpling are large and plump. If you think about it carefully, Gyoza / Dumpling shops around Ueno each have an image of being large and elegant. Is this the characteristic of Ueno's Gyoza / Dumpling? It looks pretty plump from the outside, but when you bite into it, it's even plumper than you imagined. The gravy is also amazing. Gyoza / Dumpling are reminiscent of Xiaolongbao. This definitely satisfied our Gyoza / Dumpling cravings. Peking duck is a pattern that you can wrap yourself. The sweet miso sauce also works well here. The crunchiness of the vegetables is also nice...(´∀｀) And finally, the boiled vegetables are here. The amount was larger than I expected. From the scent that rises, it seems like it's already spicy. Here's a bite. hard! But the taste is amazing! Since the flavor is strong, it doesn't seem as spicy as it looks. The sweetness of the beef may also be a good balance.
