Ueno Station / Iriya Exit / 4 minutes walk! Special handmade udon!
Ueno Station / Iriya Exit / 4 minutes walk! takeaway OK! We strive to create a cheerful and cheerful shop that is homey and inviting for everyone to drop by. ★Authentic Kagawa handmade udon! ! ★We als |
Udon is served at Restaurants on the first floor of APA Hotel, about a 5-minute walk from the Iriya exit of Ueno Station. What's more, they have an all-you-can-eat udon menu in the morning. I stopped by on my way to work in the field one morning. Since it is attached to a hotel, the hotel's breakfast plan is probably offered here. There were hardly any customers coming in from outside to eat in the morning, as there were no first customers and only one second customer came in from the hotel side. When we were seated, the staff member explained, ``Here is the breakfast menu, is that OK?'' This is because Japanese-style meal set, Western Cuisine set, Onigiri set, and udon set are all 1,500 yen. It's a bit pricey, but the udon set comes with free refills and a drink bar. I will be ordering this as planned. You can choose kake, bukkake, wakame, or kitsune for the udon. First I ordered kake udon. It was delivered quickly. As expected from this system, it doesn't seem like boiling is required each time. The udon noodles have a lot of twists, and the edges aren't very noticeable, but judging by its appearance, it's probably handmade. When you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy the pleasant elasticity of the noodles as they push back against the center. It also has a nice wheat flavor. The light-colored dashi soup is Sanuki-style with sardines, but not too strong. The green onions chopped into small pieces had a nice flavor, and I devoured the entire bowl in no time. I ordered the second bowl of bukkake, and when I received the Small dish bowl of dashimaki tamago that came with it, it arrived in no time. Hmm, should I eat this mori udon in a bowl, or should I pour dashi soup over it? When I took a bite of the soup stock, it was a little thick for bukkake soup, and a little thin for dipping soup for mori. This is troubling. . Since the lunch menu includes zaru in addition to bukkake, I thought it would be best to eat it with dashi soup, so I tried it mori style. Yes, you can enjoy the strength of the noodles rather than eating them warm. The clarity of the juice is also good. The third cup was a fox. The fox is cut into triangles, thick, and boiled to a light sweetness, which is also delicious. I don't like kitsune that is too sweet or cheesy, but this one doesn't interfere with the soup stock and can be eaten easily. I don't usually eat fox, but this is good. Recently, my stomach has been shrinking, so I thought that if it was 1,500 yen, I would have to eat three bowls to make up for it, but it turned out to be a breeze. Although the udon is not boiled, it is of sufficient quality, Small dish are delicious, and the inside of the restaurant is clean and comfortable. For those who appreciate value, I think it is a good value. This store is an affiliated store of [a:13241450, Sanuki Handmade Udon Aonoyama] in Nihonbashi. The shop in Nihonbashi was closed on December 31, 2021 in preparation for relocation, but for the time being, you can enjoy the handmade udon noodles made by the owner of Aonoyama at this shop. You can get udon for around 500 yen for lunch, so if you're not looking for a free refill, I think you should try that. Thank you for the meal.
