娘がへぎ蕎麦、自分は温かい蕎麦を注文しました。
温かい蕎麦はコシが無く、テロテロ。麺つゆは美味しいですが。
でも小麦粉入っていない、グルテンフリーですからね、そこは評価したいです。
へぎ蕎麦はコシがあり、しっかり冷水で〆られているので、美味しいです。
向かいのカウンターで食べてる中国人親子4人が、無言で食べ進めているのが、「果たして美味しいのか不味いのか?」なんて想像してしまいました(^^)
失敗したのは、ゴールデンカムイ観た後なので、チケ得でアイス無料だったのに、忘れてしまいました、悔しいです
