パーフェクトうな丼
うなぎを噛むたびに口の中でサクッサクッと音もとても美味しいうなぎ(^^♪すごい！パリパリ感半端ない(^O^)
ですが中は、炭の遠赤外線で芯まで熱々でフワフワ(*'▽')他の店では感じたことない食感♬
しっかり旨味が閉じ込められており、じゅわ〜っと口の中に脂が広がる瞬間はまさに天国
また、フワッと炭の香りが鼻に抜けていくので芳ばしさも倍増。適度に炭の煙りをまとわせてあってしつこくないです。
美味しいのは鰻だけじゃないんです。ご飯が熱々で、コク深い甘めのタレが適度にかかって、他の店よりも固めに炊かれているので鰻と最高の相性です♡
旨み、食感、香り、すべて完璧なバランスのうな丼でした。

うな丼のパリッふわジュワとした食感が独特で、また来てしまいました(*^▽^*)
今日は、ひつまぶし上を注文。
うなぎがお櫃にこれでもかと敷き詰められています。上でこのうなぎの量は多いですね！
予想以上に身の表面がカリカリに焼かれていました。炭の香ばしさとタレのスッキリした甘さが加わり、皮はパリパリで身はふっくら！最高のうなぎよね(^o^)
擦りおろしたての本わさびが薬味にあるなんて、贅沢(*^_^*)
出汁をそのまま飲むと、鰹節の香りが立ち上り、深みのある上質な昆布の旨みを感じました。
その出汁をかけてうなぎ茶漬けで食べると、これまた絶品！
