Food Drowning yukhoe (horse meat fillet)
We use "chicken fillet" which is a rare part of horse meat. Enjoy the soft meat drowning in the egg with the special sauce and eggs.
Food Charcoal-grilled tuna piece
Each piece of fresh tuna weighing over 300g is grilled over charcoal. Rare or well-grilled, as you like! Enjoy with wasabi soy sauce, garlic soy sauce, and island chili pepper sauce!
Food Ribusuki
We use carefully selected Wagyu beef rib roast. Wrap the soft part of the green onion with the lightly grilled meat and place it inside the egg yolk. It melts in your mouth and disappears.
Food Negimori ponzu skirt steak
It is best to eat fatty skirt steak lightly! Enjoy it with lots of Kujo green onions and special ponzu sauce.
