We are proud of our yakitori made with Mio chicken! The meat has a beautiful cherry-colored texture and a rich, robust flavor. Chickens are slaughtered that morning and are hand-sliced in the restaurant every day, with each part of the chicken slaughtered and grilled in a way that suits it best. In addition to about 12-13 types of yakitori, we also offer vegetable skewers and assorted platters. The skewers coated with our homemade sauce are delicious and memorable. We also offer seared liver, breast and chicken fillet in limited quantities! Chicken dishes such as grilled chicken neck with pepper are also a must-try! Please give them a try◎
