Food We offer an selection course where you can feel the four seasons of Japan.
The seasonal ingredients we use at our restaurant are purchased daily from Toyosu Market. The rice is a blend of Koshihikari from Fukushima Prefecture and Tsukiakari from Niigata Prefecture. It is cooked to a firmness that retains just the right texture, and is finished to give you the taste of vinegared rice. We use red vinegar, which is a blend of 6 types of vinegar, to bring out the flavor of the rice. The highly recommended ``tuna hand roll'' uses carefully selected tuna purchased from a fresh fish wholesaler, Yamayuki. Please enjoy it with seasonal ``tsumami'' made with seasonal vegetables.

At our store, we purchase carefully selected sake from all over the country, and we always have about 15 types available. We have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, with a focus on dry drinks that go well with food, and the lineup changes daily depending on the season. Our store is located on the second floor of a building near Yushima Station. You can enjoy your meal in a chic, modern Japanese space with white and gray tones that makes it hard to believe that it is a sushi restaurant. Large glass windows create a sense of openness. The counter seats are decorated in colors that make the sushi stand out, and you can see the chef's meticulous craftsmanship from every seat. In a space with a warm atmosphere based on the concept of ``a place of relaxation,'' you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner without straining your shoulders or elbows.
