⚪︎前菜盛り合わせ
ヤリイカ、鰹、白子の老酒漬け。鰹に少しくさみがあったかな。

しっとりとしてやわらか。ムネ肉なのであっさり。辛いタレがかかってます。
⚪︎すっぽんの春巻き
色んなすっぽんの部位が入った春巻き。お塩で。
⚪︎松葉蟹のカニ玉
松葉蟹はあまり感じられず。
⚪︎オレンジ白菜の蒸しスープ
すっぽんの春巻きの時のスッポンのスープと干し貝柱、干し椎茸のスープ。具材は鶏のつみれ、貝柱、干し椎茸。

うーん。フカヒレは硬くて私にはあんまりでした。
