I booked a combination course on a public holiday and visited at 12:30. This is a store I've been curious about every time I pass by for decades. It's lunch time on the spring equinox, and it seems that the second floor is in full swing today. Because the distance to the iron plate is so close, your glasses will get oily (you'll get a sturdy apron, so you don't have to wear clothes). Thanks to the master who baked the food and the friendly female staff with a smile, I felt comfortable. I received a small bottle of Ebisu, and they grilled the basic shrimp and scallops for the course (although I had selected abalone for an additional fee when making Tabelog reservation). The crispy shrimp heads were delicious. The fillet was grilled medium-rare and served with plenty of garlic chips. It was perfectly grilled and delicious. The grilled vegetables are also delicious. The salad dressing is also delicious. We finished with garlic rice while having several glasses of red wine poured. Light and delicious garlic rice with jako etc. It was even more delicious when eaten with a little plum meat on top. Drink yogurt Bavarois and Wiener coffee and pay the bill. Lunch service ends before 2pm. This time I wanted to come to the store when it was empty.
