ラーメン発祥の地とも噂される浅草の日本代表的お店です。
浅草では老舗的ラーメン屋さんで訪問を以前から懇願しておりました。
夏に上野に行く機会があり
非常に楽しみに浅草まで足を伸ばして伺ったのですが
なんと建物老朽化の為建て替え工事中でした！
この度リニューアルが終了されたとのことで念願叶っての訪問になります。
お店は浅草寺すぐ。スカイツリーがよく見える伝法院通りにあります。
お昼時ということもあり並んでいらっしゃいましたが
二階にテーブル席もあるとのことで家族連れなんかは二階に案内されることもあり
比較的スムーズに入店できました。

私は玉子ラーメンと評判のよい餃子をセレクト
これが噂の煮玉子ですね。なるほど本当に双子です。
双子の玉子だけを選んで仕入れているとのことでしたがそのようなことができるのですね。
面白いです。大振りなのも嬉しいです。
ラーメンは魚介と動物系の出汁に野菜の旨みも溶け込んで、なるほど
おいしいですね。三つ葉と柚子のアクセントも嫌味がなく粋です
一杯のラーメンですが、見た目にもとても華やかさがあります。
変な話ですが美しい
餃子は非常に大振りで食べ応えがすごいですね。
ぷりぷり、あっさり。珍しい鶏肉の餃子です。
山椒塩に付けて食べますとこれまたラーメンの味を壊さない
小粋なサイドメニューです。
よく練られているラーメン屋さんですね。
外国人にもラーメンが大ブームだそうですね
一蘭さんや一風堂のようなとんこつ系が先行しているそうですが
私はやっぱりこちらのお店のような、和食の延長線上にあるラーメンも是非とも食べて頂きたいと思います。
情緒溢れる浅草の日本体表的ラーメン店。
一食の価値ありです。
