浅草で唯一、そして11年連続ミシュラン獲得のお鮨屋さんとの事でお誘い頂き初訪問
最初につまみが出て、後に握りが9カン、巻物1カン
お椀で終わりです
つまみは白海老、蛍烏賊や鯛のお刺身、貝類、薬味たっぷりの鰹
子持ち槍烏賊、そして焼物の太刀魚でした
子持ち槍烏賊とふわふわの太刀魚が美味しかったです
握りは小肌から始まり鰯、鰈、カジキ、赤身、中トロ、車海老、煮蛤、煮穴子、干瓢巻
鰯が脂が乗っていて1番美味しかった
中トロは至って普通、車海老は程よい蒸具合で穴子もふわっとトロッとで脂ノリも良かったです
雰囲気や味はいいのですが突き抜ける感動はありませんでした
そして何と言ってもネタの少なさ...
この日は大好きで楽しみにしていた雲丹もなく、お鮨屋さんといえばの玉子焼の仕込みもしていなかったそうで食べられませんでした
Googleレビューで拝見したトロタク巻きなども楽しみにしていたのですが出てこず...
ボリューム全然だったので握り全てもう2週はできるくらいだったのですが控えめに中トロ、海老、鰯、穴子をおかわり
この後三軒ハシゴしてしまうくらいには少なめなボリュームでした（笑）
かなり期待していきましたが期待しすぎたのか...
ミシュランと聞けば期待するのは当たり前だと思うのですが
お会計は2人で約5.5万
ボリューム、内容を考えるとまあまあのコスパ
お変わりさせていただいたものは美味しかったですが、一回行ければいいお店かなという感じでした
