I visited Ichifumi-san to eat Negima Nabe. Sansha course: sake set, zaru tofu, ichimon shumai, negima nabe (udon), and dessert (monaka ice cream). All of them are delicious, but it's the hot pot. Based on the color of the soup stock in the pot, I expected it to have a strong Sukiyaki flavor, but it was more of a light flavor. Of course, the tuna boiled in this stock is delicious, but the flavor of the stock and tuna soaks into the vegetables, making it even more delicious! The green onions that give the name of the hot pot are exquisite. You can eat it while squirming with the deliciousness and heat.The condiments are yuzu pepper and chopped wasabi. I used yuzu pepper, and it adds a nice accent and adds to the flavor. This was satisfying.
