初ねぎま鍋。相棒オススメのお店に訪問。日曜18時、店内には10名位の宴会客が居て賑わってる。場所が浅草と吉原の中間に位置し、昔は遊郭の姐さんらも来ていたと考えると、時代を感じます。お店の店構えも時代を感じます。
多少スジの部分の多いマグロを濃い目の出汁に潜らせ、お野菜、豆腐と一緒に食べる、ねぎま鍋。鍋は後半のお楽しみであり、酒のつまみのスタートは、三社コースの前菜、茶わん蒸し。程よい量で後に始まるねぎま鍋にはいい感じ。ねぎま鍋についに火を灯す、と、食べるスピードが上がり、あっという間に鮪がなくなり、追加2人前。いい感じの鮪の脂と濃い目の出汁で酒も進みます。
焼酎の2合瓶を4度オーダー、まだ飲み足らず、追加の冷凍が残る鮪が溶けるまで、5度目のオーダー、麦×1、芋×4。解凍出来、いよいよ追加の鮪を投入。これも旨い。何とも言えず、締めのうどんも、投入し、〆感満点の鍋に。あああ、うまかった。時代はものすごいスピードで変わっているが美味しいモノ、文化は変わらないと心底思えた良い時間でした、ごちそうさまでした。
