冷やしトマトは、メニュー写真でイメージしていたよりも、はるかに上回る素敵な演出と盛り付け、まるだオシャレなバーに来たかのようです。
タワーオニオンは、見た目やソースの具合もいいのですが、タワーというにはボリューム感がないのがメニュー写真で思っていたのとちょっと期待はずれでした。
こちらからは用はなくても、スタッフさんは積極的にテーブルを回り、メニューの説明や、ドリンクのおかわりを聞いてくれます。その動作に嫌味なところがなく、発注オーダー数を伸ばそうとか、そういう下心は感じられません。ごくごく自然に、「代わりのお飲み物お持ちしましょうか？」と言えているところが、熟練度高そうです。
残念なのは、スタッフさん個々人によるバラツキがあり、気が利いている人が７０％、そうでない人が３０％という割合イメージでした。
