気になっていたお店へ。

頂いたのは本日の赤身をハーフ&ハーフでざぶとんなど、上タン、ネギタン、ハラミ、ホルモン3種盛り合わせ（シマチョウ、ミノ、ナンコツ）。
小という1人用のハーフサイズがあるのも◎

結論、ハラミ以外はほんと美味しかった！！
タンはネギたんの方が柔らかだけど適度な歯応えもあって好きな部位。
赤身はざぶとんとかいのみだったか、、どちらもジューシーでこれは正肉だけどとても美味しかった。
