サラダもなんですがこちらはお野菜にこだわりあるそう 新鮮さ満載の美味しさ
にんじんは甘くてホックホク
にんじんそのものの甘さに加えアーモンドプードルが塗ってあり、バルサミコで食べます
サーモンのサルサはなんと唐辛子ではなく山椒
斬新ですね
パプリカ にんじん きゅうり カブが彩り豊かに盛られていて美しい
添えてあるのは白胡麻ペースト、中東のソースでタヒミというみたい

パスタはズッキーニとベーコンのトマトパスタなのですが、上に春菊 ルッコラ ミツバが盛られていてサラダ仕立て
本当ここのお野菜は色つやが美しくて野菜を選び抜かれているのが伺えます
メインはいろいろ選べるのですが豚ロース肉のローストにしました
しっとりしていてローストという感じではないのですが、適度に油抜きされているのか？豚の脂身も美味しくさっぱりといただけます
さらに付け合わせの野菜に大根まで 味付けも味噌だし
ヘルシーそのもの でもボリュームはしっかりあり
お腹に余裕があったので本日のデザートセット(税込550円)を追加
お腹の膨れ具合に応じてオーダーできるのがいいですね
デザートはクレームダンジュのパルフェ
白ワインゼリー ヨーグルト クリームチーズ フランボワーズソース バナナ いちご アイスが何層にもなっていて贅沢な一品
果物ふんだんに使っているのが本当贅沢
コーヒーも泡立ちで美味しい オーガニック？
このセットはお腹が許す限り追加すべき
シェフ1人で切り盛りされているので展開はスロー
入店から完食まで90分です
でもお店の雰囲気とシェフの気持ちのこもったお料理ともてなしで癒されます
