誕生日祝いとして夫が予約してくれ、伺いました。
■いただいたもの
もはや写真を見てください！…という感じなのですが(爆)(その時によって料理もきっと違うはず・・・)
特に強く印象に残っているお料理は、牛の赤ワイン煮、デザートのすいかのジュレと杏仁豆腐、赤玉ねぎや野菜のソテー
です。
赤ワイン煮はお店の定番らしい(メインはほかの者からも選べたようですが売りだというこちらを選択！)、
仰る通り、柔らかく、でも繊維は残っている、表現が難しいですが…赤ワインもじっくり沁みている。。美味しい。美味しいです。
メインメニューは赤ワイン煮の選択をお勧めします。
