都営浅草駅から歩いて行きましたが、かなり歩きました。土曜日の夕方17時に予約を入れたので観光客をかき分けて20分近くかけて着きました。
予約時間通りに行くと他のお客さんはおらず、夕方最初のお客さんとなりました。
お店の雰囲気は昭和を感じさせ、かつ上品でおしゃれな雰囲気でした。
最初の一杯は、おすすめのシャンパンで、季節を感じさせる桜色したシャンパンで初めて飲む口当たりが良いシャンパンでした。
料理の数により二つのコースが用意されており、今回は少し品数の少ないコースにしました。
フランスパンにパテが載ったものが提供され、それをあてに最初のシャンパンを一杯飲み干すと次は赤ワインをグラスでもらいました。バケットと共に提供され、最初に選択した鯛のカルパッチョを食べました。量がかなり多く２人分ぐらいの量でしたが、鯛も新鮮でかぶやそれ以外の野菜とマッチしたソースが味わい深くしてくれました。その後、カリフラワーの冷製スープが甘くクセのない味でした。その頃にはグラスワインを飲み干し、そのワインをボトルでお願いするとボトルに替えて提供してもらいました。メインはスズキのを焼いた料理で皮がパリパリで美味しく焼いてあり、そこに施されたソースは魚の味を春色に引き立ててくれるものでした。
最後にデザートはチーズケーキにしてコーヒーを注文しました。
コーヒーの苦味とチーズケーキの程よい甘さが桜の終わりを告げる切ない味わいにしてくれました。
夜になると他のお客さんも増えて近所の上品な下町フレンチという感じになりました。少し離れてはいますが、浅草の隠れ家的な下町フレンチです。また行きたいお店です。
