高級店オマージュの裏でリーズナブルにコースを頂けるnouraさんに来店しました。隠れ家的な感じで扉を開けるとアットホームな感じのお店です。
コース¥3500となっていますが、前菜とメインだけですので、またそれにプラスアルファ金額がかかりますので、おまかせの¥6000のコースの方が良いかもしれません。結局そのぐらいになってしまいます。前菜はニシンのマリネもバターミルクソースと合い非常に美味しく、アスパラガスも北海道産で大きくて柔らかく海老とよく合います。ツブ貝と胡桃のアヒージョもパンとよく合って満足しました。
メインですがこちらも北海道産の舌平目で大きくて柔らかくて美味しいのですが、骨の処理がされてないのが残念でした。和牛腿肉も大きくて良いのですが、塩胡椒だけの添え付けもフライドポテトのみでアメリカン的な雑な料理だったので、男性的で、
これを結構女性の方が頼んでいたので、あまり食が進んでいなく頼んだ方は気の毒でした。
特に残念だったのが、コース料理で楽しみなデザートが付いていません。フィナンシェは付くのですが別料金で頼まないと来ないのはかなりガッカリです。前菜とメインの落差が大きいので、もう少し考えて、提供して欲しいですね。感じが良いだけに前菜も美味しいのでかなり勿体無いです。
