海老真丈のぷりぷりの美味しさに春の味の天豆のスリ流しがとっても合っている。
⁎前8寸:アスパラ炭火焼き・新玉葱のムース・うるいと赤蒟蒻の白和え・新じゃが芋と蕗味噌
春キャベツと鱒の博多押し・稚鮎のあおさ揚げ・もずく酢
どれもとっても美味しかった
特に新玉葱のムース最高。
⁎向付:鮮魚のお造り
カンパチと真鯛
⁎焼物:鰆の巻繊焼き
焼いた鰆の上載せてある巻繊のソースがとっても美味しく。鰆にもよく合う
⁎揚物:帆立の磯辺揚げ
プリプリの帆立の真ん中にトマトが挟んであり海苔を巻いて揚げてありさっぱりとした中に磯の味がとっても良い。
⁎煮物:蛸と筍の桜煮
旬のたけのこにとっても柔らかく煮てある蛸の煮物もよい
⁎食事:蛍鳥賊と菜花の土鍋御飯
香物•味噌汁
蛍烏賊の土鍋ご飯は間違いない美味しさ。香の物と味噌汁で何杯も食べられちゃう。
⁎追加:トマトクリームのコロッケ(一個¥440)
孫の大好きなコロッケ。今回も追加で注文。変わらずの美味しさ
⁎甘味.メロンのソルベ
さっぱりとしたソルベで〆は嬉しい。
これだけの品がでてこのお値段はとっても嬉しいですね。
今回はまとめて4人のお祝いで来ましたが月ごとにお料理が変わるのでまた違う月にきたいですね⠀
