お友達の誕生日に主賓からのリクエストで訪問。
コースを予約して伺いました。
浅草といってもつくばEXP駅の方です。
普段なかなか行かないエリア。
店内はカウンターと、テーブル席が３つとお座敷。
まずは先付。
素材の良いお野菜をゴマのソースが引き立てて、新しい味。
これからのコースが楽しみになるスタートです。
前八寸
盛り付けがきれい。
どの小鉢も完成度が高く、これだけでかなりお酒が進んでしまいます。
本来なら日本酒で行きたいところですが、個人的に前日に日本酒を飲みすぎてしまい、
今日はワインにさせていただきました。
こちらのお店はソムリエさんがいらっしゃいます。
こちらの好みを伝えると素晴らしいワインを提案していただけます。
特に気に入ったのが、２本目にいただいたロゼのナチュールワイン。
ナチュールなので檻があったのですが、飲む時は全く気になりませんでした。
紅茶の様な香りがして、スパイシーで、お刺身などに合うワインです。
最後の鮭のいくら炊き込みご飯も美味しかったです。
結局、3人でビール大瓶１本（サッポロ赤星）、ワイン２本（白・ロゼ）、日本酒１合いただいちゃいました。
ワインが２本ともナチュールだったせいか、翌日は二日酔いもなくスッキリでした。
近所では無いので頻繁にはいけませんが、浅草に行くことがあったら寄りたいです。
今度はコースじゃなく、カウンターで一品料理とお酒でしっぽりもいいかな。
良いお店をだと思います。
