燻製料理の店が出来たと知り妻と2人で行ってみた。
カウンターとテーブル席でトータル20席位あるのにシェフ1人のワンオペ。ワインはマル方式でボトルに値段が書いてある感じ。
お通し ヴィシソワーズとだだちゃ豆。ヴィシソワーズも美味しいし茹で上げのだだちゃ豆は最高。夏って感じ。
今日は暑かったんでたのと燻製なので私はハイボール ジンビーム(450円)、妻も珍しく炭酸でシードル(500円)。
オーダーした料理は季節野菜のサラダ(600円)、牛すじと彩野菜のトマト煮込み(600円 優しい味)、馬刺しの瞬間燻製(980円 ワンオペなのにプレゼンテーションあり。もう一振り塩しててもいい感じの優しい味付け)、京都の賀茂茄子ロースト(600円 賀茂茄子美味しい)。
追加のドリンクは私が南高梅サワー(500円)、妻はきらめきの水天然水(100円 500ml100円って自販機かよって感じ。2L200円って笑える)、チャリバレー鴨のロースト マデラ酒ソース(1200円 これも美味しい)、自家製ベーコンと季節野菜のパスタ(900円 タリアテッレで思ったよりもずっと美味しい)。
ワンオペなのに結構繁盛していてほぼ満席。なので料理が出てくるまで時間がかかったりするけど、リーズナブルで美味しい店。
