At our restaurant, we offer ``Aged Cow tongue'' and Japanese Kuroge Wagyu Beef as recommended specialties. The first dish that we would like everyone to try is the "Cow tongue shabu shabu." Shabu-shabu is shabu shabu with kelp soup stock, and the ingredients soaked in the homemade stock have a warm and gentle flavor. You can enjoy various textures by changing shabu shabu time.
