平日の18時、予約していただいて浅草で焼鳥。
最寄りは つくばEX浅草駅、徒歩約1分。
大通りからちょっと入った小路にあって、凛とした佇まいが素敵なお店さんです。
ゆったりしたカウンターだけの店内。
店員さんは若い男性ばかり数人、丁寧に接して下さいます。
ちょっと遅れてごめんなさい、注文は以下。

生ビールはエビス。
綺麗な泡で美味しいエビス、幸せです。
お通しはほうれん草とキノコ。
菊や紅葉があしらわれ目にも美味しく、実際いただいてまた美味しくって嬉しくなります。
ここから焼肉 7本コース。
むね 皮目パリッと身はジューシー。
ささみ 綺麗に並んで山葵で爽やか。
せせり 大好きな部位、美味しさまでギュッと凝縮。
ハツ 何て表現すればいいやら、すごく美味。
塩つくね ブリンブリン、ハンバーグみたい。
手羽 脂と身のバランスが絶妙。
血肝 素材の良さは勿論、タレがいい味。
追加は2本。
ちょうちん 大きな卵がレアで贅沢、やっぱりタレ最高。
長ねぎ これはまあ想定内、けどやっぱりタレ超最高。
それから自家製ぬか漬けと梅軟骨。
ぬか漬けは、色んな野菜が彩り良くていいセンス。
梅軟骨は、軟骨がおっきくて斬新です。
今回お声掛け下さったお二人と美味しい話や昔の話や最近の話を沢山して、沢山飲んで。
お会計は1人8,000円弱。
お安くはないです、串も小さめではありますし。
でもかなり、いい品をいただいたなという実感というか。
そういう場の雰囲気がありました。
多分なんですが、付き合い始めのデートとか狙ってる女子を口説くお店として重宝しそうです。
