Juwari soba noodles made with homemade flour are characterized by their firmness and crisp edges, making them easy to swallow. Separated into lunch and dinner, the noodles are made by hand from buckwheat noodles without using any fillers. We use carefully selected buckwheat berries, and sometimes we use delicious ones that are unique to the season. Depending on the berries, we start by sowing the seeds and are particular about handcrafting them from scratch with all our heart. Please enjoy our soba noodles that are made with freshness in mind, without compromising on the boiling method or sauce.

Our Tempura is made with carefully selected ingredients, making use of seasonal ingredients. We offer fresh seasonal ingredients such as Kaga lotus root from Kanazawa and vegetables from Kaga. The menu changes depending on the day, so you'll encounter something new every time you visit. You can also enjoy the blessings of the four seasons in Other a la carte dishes. In addition, the many dishes that are carefully prepared and made with the utmost freshness go perfectly with sake.
