雷門から徒歩10分ほど。
土曜の開店30分前に到着、一番手。
開店の頃には15人ほどの行列に。
上質な蕎麦前で酒をぐいぐいやりながら、品の良いせいろで〆る粋な使い方をしたい店。
お出汁をたっぷり含んだだし巻きや、蕎麦がきも絶品。
特に蕎麦がき。まるで生麩のようにもっちりとした舌触りで、香り高い蕎麦粉の香りをダイレクトに味わえる。
これを食べにまた伺いたいくらいだ。
旬の天麩羅はホタルイカを選択。
軽く熱が入り味が活性化したホタルイカの濃厚な旨味が素晴らしい。
蕎麦は上品な見た目で味わいもまた上品。
繊細な風味、軽い喉越しも計算されている。
酒も良い塩梅のものが用意されており、とにかくセンスの良い蕎麦屋。
デート利用にも最適だろう。
